2. Description of Service

Ski Manager is a free-to-play browser-based ski resort management simulation game. Players create and manage virtual ski resorts, including building infrastructure, hiring staff, managing finances, and competing on leaderboards. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uptime or data preservation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use game features, you must create an account via email/password or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

5. User Conduct

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

6. Virtual Currency and Items

The Service includes virtual currencies (including "Euros" and "Génépis") and virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, rebalance, or remove virtual currencies and items at any time without compensation. Virtual items and currency are licensed to you, not sold, and remain our property.

7. Game Resets and Changes

We may perform game resets, balance changes, economy adjustments, or data wipes as part of normal game operations, updates, or maintenance. We are not obligated to provide advance notice of such changes, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so. No compensation is owed for game changes or resets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, game mechanics, text, and branding of Ski Manager are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Certain trail map imagery and related materials are used under license from Mapsynergy and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any feedback or suggestions you submit, but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback to improve the Service.

9. Copyright Claims

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with sufficient information to investigate and respond to the claim.

10. Advertising

The Service displays third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised product or service.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including cheating, exploiting, disruptive behavior, or any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, all game data associated with your account will be removed within 30 days. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF GAME DATA OR PROGRESS.

13. Limitation of Liability
